wolves will be resigning hoiberg as early as today(wednesday). I got this from some other forum. the deal is reportedly 1.7 million over 2 years.

Nice to hear that, but I thought the priority of signing Hassell first and then sign Hoiberg? From what Portland can offer then they can re sign Trenton, I am just assuming why they do that.

i smell something but it's not a sign and trade...it's the nba championship. the wolves are starting to do their part in bringing back last year's squad and i'm glad dead-eye fred will be around for another couple years. he's a great role player and has a killer j with good defense. i love this guy.

at this point, if we want to resign hudson, and we give him that 25 mill-36 mill, i dont know...But the blazers can then offer him more than us because they havent done much of anything. I believe at least. They do have to resign miles too though. I dont think we can give him the max mle, but i think the blazers can.

how come he signed so cheap (Hoiberg)...he is making less than a mil a year...doesn't he sign for the veteran's min?

I like that in player, not being too greedy. Hoiberg's a perfect example.

this shows how important it is to be a big dude in the nba.
Foyle gets the planet, and hoiberg, somebody who actually did something last year, gets the bottom of the barrel. its better than my 7.00 an hour though.

true, i think hoiberg even had more rebounds a game than foyle did. haha
