I read that Sam Cassell won't play on ESPN.com, and I'm assuming Madsen won'tplay (fractured thumb). I'm guessing Hudson will start in Sam's place, or Flip could go with Anthony Carter. Washington is a good team at home, and we all know how bad Minnesota has been on the road this year, so I think Minnesota is going to have a big problem in this game. Washington puts up a lot of points, so Minnesota is either going to have to figure out how to stop them or put tons of points on the board as well.
Arenas dropped 40 on Minnesota as Minny loses on the road again. Anthony Carter surprisingly put up good numbers, and played nearly as many minutes as Hudson did. Hudson didn't step up tonight after his *****ing and moaning about not getting enough minutes. This was his chance to shine, and did nothing to help himself.
Washington is a good team though, so it's not that bad of a loss. However, any loss is tough right now for Minnesota, because they are on the brink of being .500.
yeah last year when cassell sat, he dropped 27. But today, he had 8 points. talking about a disappointment. Wally was better off being injuried today. He through the ball away when it was a 1 point game with like 45 seconds left.
Everyone else stepped up today and i hate to see us lose a game where we needed a win and lose.
