I'm not sure what the status is on Sam, but I still think they'll be able to win this one. The Lakers are a team that can get hot from beyond the arc, so Minnesota needs to prevent easy baskets, and force TO's.




PS:It's been hard to even make a post in the past couple of days, so excuse the lack of detail in this game thread. I've started school again, so I don't have time to post the same damn thread 3-4 times when it keeps getting destroyed because of the database problems.

I was watching ESPN Fastbreak, and some moron was saying that KG is doing everything he can, and there's just not enough talent around. Well, that's partially true, but as the leader of the team, KG is as responsible as anyone for the team's performance. He does need better role players around him, but it's absurd to blame everyone else but KG. Legler also said that Wally needs more shots.......Yeah, Minnesota will magically start winning games if Wally starts shooting more. Makes sense.

Lets hope a trade happens soon. Wolves are about 25 million over the cap. If I was owner I would make a trade fast to try and change things up, and not let that money go to waste.

Wally does need to shoot more. Instead of trying to drive the ball down the lane and getting a turnover. If he just stood at the 3 point line and the Wolves feed him the ball everytime he was open, he would make a lot of shots. It wouldn't solve our problems, but it would help.
