Last Game: Minnesota - Loss, 80-97
Last Game: Denver - Win, 95-83
Projected Starting Lineups:
Reserves:
In a matchup of two of the most dissapointing teams in the NBA, the struggling Timberwolves try to get a win in Denver. Denver has lost 4 out of their last 5 games, the same as Minnesota. Minnesota lost by 2 points in Denver earlier in the season, but both teams have gone downhill. Cassell is listed as doubtful, so it's up to Hudson to take his game up a notch. I think Minny will pull this one out, just because I think they are due for a win. It will be tough, but I think someone other than KG will have a big game. It's on national TV, right after the Dallas/San Antonio game.
As expected, things got a little intense in the game. Olowokandi and Nene threw some punches, so they're both gone and both will be gone for at least a few more games.

well apparently the spree and camby incodent is just a joke. But hudson is on fire right now.
On more thing to add, kandi can not fight.....
spree is having a good game!
Minnesota looksmuch better tonight, but the've given up their big lead late in the game. This will be a huge blow to Minny's confidence if they lose this one.
Now this is the twolves I remember from last year. They are playing intense basketball, contesting shots, and playing smart yet agressive offense. Sprewell is showing the killer instinct that he had last year. Hopefully the wolves can build off this victory and look back on this game as the one which turned their season around. Not are they only playing well, but they look like they are having fun in this game and are really pulling for each other.
that was a nice game garnett banged up tho hope it isnt too serious didnt look like it since he was palying but good win maybe they'll turn it around now spree very good game and hudson griffin 3 blocks i think and kg doing what he does 15-10-7 but carter also did a nice job tonight whats with sam and his personal problems n e one know what they r?

Yep, this could be the turnaround game that Minnesota needed. On top of what you mentioned, it was against a rival on the road, so this win is something to build on.
Does anyone think the lineup change had anything to do with this?
The personal problems that they are referring to with Sam Cassell, is that their was a death in his family, I believe it was his aunt or something. They thought he would maybe be able to get to denver for the game but apparently he wasn't able to.
What a defender starting made the difference? jk man.
Hassel starting really helps. I hope they keep their line up like this, starting the game with more of the "defenders" will help out a lot.
I agree, with a better defender (Hassell) on the starting lineup would balance out the whole game than Wally starting. Too much offensive minded players = No defense, lose the game. Simple as that. I certainly hope Flip put Trenton out on the floor as game starts next time.
