Hassell should still start. He hasn't been playing as well this season, but I don't think it would help to make a change there. If he's not playing good in a game then Jaric or Hudson or Foye or whoever can play more minutes than him.

of course
but only as a PG, he can be very passive at SF/SG positions, he is not a slasher, he is not even a great shooter, the thing is he NEEDS a shooter cause he is great shotmaker. For that reason, your best lineup at this moment would be:
C Blount
PF KG
SF Hassel
SG Foye
PG Jaric
Ricky and Hudson would come off the bench to change the rythm, and James should be traded ASAP for a pure shooter(Radmanovic?)....
btw, what the hell is Hassell talking about, James is the one who sucks anyway...
The reason Jaric was so horrible last year is because he was playing PG. They switched him over to SF this year and he's a completely different player. Moving him back to the point would just render him useless again imo.

No. like socco said, Jaric is no good as a point guard, he plays better off the ball. He is a pretty good defender if he is not guarding point guards too. Plus he is terrible in transition, so him and Davis would be terrible together.
At this point, I think the lineup is fine. Not good, just fine. Once we can bring McCants back, I can see McCants or Foye starting, depending on both of their growths throughout the season. I would prefer having a veteran guy like Davis off the bench and having James, Foye, and Hassell on the floor once McCants returns. Then you will hopefully have traded Jaric and Hudson, but if not both will see less minutes.
If someone will lose their spot as a starter, it will have to be Davis. He is no where near effective if we are playing a halfcourt game with KG, especially when Davis' shot is not dropping for him. I would rather see McCants and Davis on the floor together with a guy like Smith on the floor with them in order to run with the ball. James or Foye would be fine running pointguard with them, but KG is only effective in a halfcourt game where he is the one creating shots for himself or in a pick and roll.
What's the latest news about Rashad BTW?
It would be great seeing him make a comeback and shows that he's in shape and confident-awsome thing-Randy and Rashad....Damn i really hope he'll get to play this year cause ill be in the Army at least untill 2010 and won't have a lot of time to follow the team, but catching up with the scores.
I want a taste for the future of the Franchise(:
hassel needs to start, and if he was giving up the spot it should be to foye not jaric.
however i think ricky should maybe be coming off the bench... casey has a habit of either having all 5 starters out there, or 5 bench players... it leaves our offense with very little when ricky, james and KG are all off the court.
bring ricky on with the second unit, so theres at least some sort of consistant scoring threat
