Cassell coming back to minny?
Well, last night my brother actually ran into a white mabock and Garnett and Cassell were in the car. My brother was not intoxicated at all... Maybe he is here to visit... Maybe Garnett is talking him into coming back... Long story short, Cassell was trying to talk to the girl my brother was with, after garnett continued to honk at them on the street.

Cassel trying to get his game on? lol
well if we could get him back on the cheap for M james or something id be all for it.
you'd assume foye will be moving to starter next season and itd be great for him to have an experienced, clutch vet like cassel to split minutes with and learn from.

Haha dude thats awesome. I would really like Cassell to come back, I mean obviously he's not what he was when he was here before, but he can still be a great mentor to Foye. Plus Cassell is clutch at the end of games, something we don't have.

exactly and with foye there wont be a need for Cassel to play huge minutes, but he can come in when hes needed at the end of games.

It would be perfect! If Cassell was like himself at the end of games we could be a DRASTICALLY improved team, really last year we lost alot of close games in the 4th quarter.

Re: Cassell coming back to minny?
if we could get cassel here to help finish of the close games, use the pick to get a vet and fill in a couple of holes we could be a much improved team next season.
id like to see him back anyway

Re: Cassell coming back to minny?
We have 4 PGs. We don't need a 5th. If it were possible to move the James, Jaric, and/or Hudson contracts that would be great, but it's not possible.

Re: Cassell coming back to minny?
I wouldn't have a problem with it, but I just can't see him back here after the way things ended. Probably just two friends hanging out.

i would think james would be involved in getting cassel here possibly.
but regardless i want both of them gone this off-season, i think there will be a couple of teams who would take them on.
hudson appears here for good, we may aswell put him in the mascot suit and get some use out of him.
and yeah socco it didnt sound like it all ended too well last time he was here ,but they may have been heat of the moment sorta stuff, sam is a proffesional and i think (as sad as this is) hed have a better chance competing with the wolves than the clippers before he retires.

Re: Cassell coming back to minny?
It would be nice having him back but it is unlikely. He will be not the same ol' Sam Cassell who used to play for us 3 years ago. The positive thing is he will bring his experience and we are lacking veterans besides KG.

true, which is really what we need... Foye can play the majority of the minutes, but when we really need to control the tempo or finish teams off.. enter cassel.
