This is not surprising at all. Like fans, GMs love the rebuilding process. These guys are "his babies" so to speak, and there are no expectations any more. I mean, if you can't get fired while failing with KG, you're not getting fired while failing with Jefferson and Foye. He'll be here as long as he wants to be here.

thats the saddest part... he didnt get blamed when he failed with KG, so no way he gets the blame if the young guys dont perform
