Players on terrible teams tend not to be all-stars, unless their numbers are just brilliantly spectacular. Tony Campbell was, I believe, 8th or 9th in scoring (around 23 ppg at the time) at the break in 89-90, and there wasn't even any thought he'd make it.
He finished the season 14th, sandwiched between Clyde Drexler and KJ. Nice company.
