Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

The team made the decision very early on that he didn't fit into their long-term plans (not picking up his fourth year option) and has pretty much left him out of the rotation all year. What's worse, they pretty much questioned his intelligence publicly, saying he had a hard time learning the offense and the defense. And they question his emotional state, talking about how he overreacts to everything (good and bad).

So it would seem that not only do they not want him as a player, but based on their public comments it's almost as if they want to sabotage his career.
