I was looking over a list of free agents. here is what i found of people who will not break the bank, or could sign for MLE. I am assuming that we do not re-sign T-Hud for some of the point guards listed.

Currently, with no free agents resigned we would have a lineup of:
PG:cassell
SG:spreewell
SF:wally
PF:KG
C:Kandi
Bench:
Ervin Johnson
Mark Madsen
Ndudi Ebi

Which would leave 4 spots to fill. 2 PG, 1 SG/SF, 1 PF/C

Trenton Hassell- I don't want to lose him
Stromile Swift- Restrticted FA
Rafer Alston
Hedo Turkoglu
Marquis Daniels
Keyon Dooling

Minimum Salary
Mike James
Brian Cardinal
Greg Ostertag
Charlie Ward


If we end up trading wally, i wouldn't mind us getting a early-to -mid first rounder and getting one of the point guards out there like Shaun Livingston, Jameer Nelson, Ben Gordon, or Sebastian Telfair, depending on where we pick.

maybe not the whole MLE to dooling, but he would probably command more than a minimum salary

I dont think he would get more than a 1 mil. He hasnt been very good since he sprained his ankle in his second year. He isnt as athletic since the injury. He has very bad basketball intincts.

Isn't Bobby Jackson a FA?

I think he is, and I remember him saying that he always wanted to play for MN again.

Also, I've been wanting for the past 2 years now to get Stromile Swift. Maybe if we make some trades we can sign some players.

Bobby Jackson's contract will be up after next seaon, but I dont think he'd be too keen on returning, he didnt leave on good terms

my friends, our troubles are over!!!

ok, first we start off by a trade. the wolves trade off wally, kandi and our 2nd round pick to golden state for errick dampier(sign and trade) and their 1st round pick. that is how we then draft jameer nelson.
Now, we let t ud go, MLE goes to hassell because he deserves it. Minimum to Cardinal which i think will happen because his cousin/godkid goes to my school!!!in minny.
Now we have to sign a couple guys that can play, i think we either sign hoiberg and another shooting guard/foward. I THINK, marcus fizer is a FA, even if he isnt, we need to make a deal to get him on our team.
