Phil Davis injured, Tito Ortiz now fighting Rashad Evans at UFC 133
http://mmajunkie.com/news/24381/tito...main-event.mma
In short: -Davis got hurt. -Dana goes to Tito and offers him the fight, but Tito turned it down fearing if he loses, he would get cut. -Dana offers the spot to Machida, he agrees. -Lyoto turns around and tells Dana that he wants more money for the fight, Dana isn't having it. -Dana tells Tito that his job isn't on the line if he loses, and Tito has a change of heart and takes the fight. UFC 133: Evans vs. Ortiz II is set.

Machida told Dana that he wanted Anderson Silva money and to be 'paid like a champ' if he took the fight.
Also, if Tito didn't change his mind, Dana would've then offered the spot to Matyushenko. And rumor is, both Chael Sonnen and Chris Leben told Dana they were interested in taking the fight despite having to jump up in weight.

Re: Phil Davis injured, Tito Ortiz now fighting Rashad Evans at UFC 133
I think he'll be on enough of an emotional high with the win over Bader to at least give Rashad a fight, but I don't see Tito even winning a round. It'll be fun to watch, though. As Rashad said the first time they went at it, Tito is an entertainer and puts on a show for the fans, and Rashad is a fighter and wins fights.
I wouldn't have mind Matyushenko in this, that would've been some great wrestling vs. wrestling there. If Leben some reason got the fight, he would've been in trouble. Sure he has that one punch KO power, but Evans' hand speed would keep him at bay, and there is no way Leben would survive from the bottom guard with Rashad on top of him.

I am picking Tito in the upset setting up a Tito VS Shogun match and Griffin VS Machida for #1 contender fight

Tito Ortiz round three rear naked choke, then a Rocky-like path en route to the Light Heavyweight title. It'll happen.
