This one's for you Tom.

Re: Politics of Star Wars?
I don't like how the technology is somehow way more advanced in the past
the prequels have androids that do kung-fu, and use super-powerfull energy shields. The ships are way more impressive looking, and they deploy huge droid armies off assembly lines (the jarjar binks planet battle) the future has R2D2 and lame storm troopers lol. |

Re: Politics of Star Wars?
I'm not intelligent enough to care about who they are talking about. I just want some serious action and story. My politics stop at the door of Star Wars. That isn't what it is all about.
I'm seeing it 3 times on thursday so i will try to be more direct when i get out of therapy  |

Rawse i can't help myself...it's the last one an i have to get it out of my system. I've never geeked out about any movie like this in my life...Even the Dawn of the Dead Movies. Well...there was a Jennifer connelly thing and a dark theatre one evening...anyway....i just got a bug about this movie for some reason and its gnawing endlessly at every fiber of my being. |

Re: Politics of Star Wars?
There are supposively 3 stories after this, so if Lucas doesn't make them, perhaps after he die someone else finishes off the entire original story, unless they want to get into all the new starwars books that have come out in the past 6 years or so.
