she was on the same flight as everyone else, in fact she jokingly offered to trade seats with Jack (in case you haven't noticed everyone on the island has some sort of connection with each other even before the whole crash). So yes she was on flight 815 (which is 2 of the Numbers right there) and she was sitting in the back in the tail section of the plane so its easy to assume that other people in that section are also alive, such as Bernard (Rose's husband).

As for the logo, yes that logo appeared on the Shark, in the football stadium, and in many places in the hatch. It's called a Dharma logo, thats why someone mentioned that earlier. There are many theories floating around, and that long mathematical one linked above may or may not be true. I've also seen 2 pages of script from future episodes that very wierd and interesting. Another theory i like is the fact that maybe Lenny used to be in the Hatch before Desmond and he went crazy b/c he had to input the #s over and over again and thats why he keeps repeating them in the Psyc ward. But he found Desmond to replace and now Desmond is looking for a certain "him" to come and help him. Except Desmond isn't looking for a replacement, and IMO he might be looking for Hurley because he could be the only one who knows how to stop the damn thing. Everyone Hates Hugo. I love Hurley.

4 + 8 + 15 + 16 + 23 + 42 = 108............108 minutes or hours or whatever every time that security machine resets.

yes, that was michelle rodriquez. She was sitting in the tail section of the plane which everyone presumed was gone and that those inside had also died (well, everyone except Rose who insisted her husband is alive). I assume the tail section is fine now that we know rodriguez is back, and its also probable that Rose's husband is alive as well.

I think we all knew that Rose's husband was alive since she said "my husband's not dead."

That might have been one of the biggest clue in the whole series, they basically told us that the people in the tail section of the plane were somewhere on the island.

It seems that Michelle's crew is the tail end of the flight, not the Others. This seemed obvious to me when Shaft asked "Who are they?" They are just protecting themselves to the extreme. That final sentence from Jin just blew my mind, though.
