Re: Rate the last movie you saw
^couple parts in Baseketball had me dying
Orgazmo had a couple hilarious scenes too. Like when they came out of the dance club after fighting the bad guys, and the little guy did a 100mph flip across the car for no reason at all lol Team America was kinda disappointing though |

King of Comedy: 8.5/10
For a flick that features as high-profile a pairing as Scorsese-De Niro, I've always felt it was pretty underappreciated. De Niro's performance, I think, ranks among his very best, and the film overall, while not on the level of Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, or Goodfellas, competes easily with the very best of the rest of Scorsese's work. |

McCabe & Miller: 9.5/10
About as close as one can get to a perfect film. I'd love to discuss it, if anyone's interested. I must admit, tho, I feel like an ***, arguing PTA over Altman not so far back with futuristxen. My excuse: I had only seen MASH, Short Cuts, The Player, and 10-20 mins of Nashville. Now, having recently watched both Nashville and McCabe & Miller, I must admit that, with those two films, Altman achieved a brilliance that PTA can only aspire towards. Next on my list: 3 Women. |

The Longest Yard:
8/10 The movie was hilarious. But why did Chris Rock have to die?

The 40-Year Old Virgin - 9.5 out of 10 - absolutely one of the funniest movies I have seen, especially the waxing part, I almost died from tears of laughter..

The Interpreter - 9/10
![]() The direction from Pollack is superb. Movie is relatively long, but he knows how to pace his story. There is a slow build-up to the film’s finale, but in its final moments, "The Interpreter" becomes pulse pounding and heart felt. Every scene is relevant to the motion picture, every word of dialogue perfectly polished to meet credibility. Pollack, like Woody Allen, knows how to film New York and tends to film it as if in homage to the city. If you enjoyed "In the Line of Fire" or "The Manchurian Candidate", you’ll find "The Interpreter" a pleasurable experience.

Kingdom of Heaven - 6/10
Crappy acting all around, implausible story that's filled with anachronisms, average battle sequences. A big step backward from Ridley Scott's earlier film, Gladiator... |
