Re: Burn Notice

The summer finale last year had no mission which worked because it let him focus on closing up the loose end of what was the season's main storyline. This year? The most interesting thing was Jesse and them teasing his eventual confrontation with Michael, and when we get there it's just lame.

Only episode of the 12 that I really liked was the one with Burt Reynolds. Having a second burned spy helped spice up the dynamic but everything else was stale and I found myself not really liking any of the characters. It was less the Burn Notice I enjoyed and much more like the Human Target.

I think I'm going to drop this show. I pushed through this and waited for a pay off and didn't enjoy much of anything along the way.

Re: Burn Notice

You didn't enjoy it because you suck. There's guns and explosions in every show, so quit saying you don't like it.

I suck, but Burn Notice sucks more.

Re: Burn Notice

Human Target sucked because the lead had a butt chin and looked kinda like a douche. Burn Notice has a good cast that plays off each other well, and there's always some kind of mystery subplot. It's good.

Re: Burn Notice

The show came back strong on Thursday. Actually it's probably tied with Entry Point for my favorite of the season so far (and the show by extension, since I'm kinda new to it for this season and have only seen a handful of previous seasons' episodes).

They need to do something with Jesse though. Now that the cat's out of the bag it's pretty dumb to just have him hanging around and being grumpy. Have them make nice or kill Jesse off, because so far this particular subplot just isn't delivering in the suspense department.

Re: Burn Notice

Dunno if anyone's still watching this but the latter half of this season has been phenomenal.

Re: Burn Notice

Anyone catch the premiere? Caught the tail end. ****ing awesome, better than I remembered. They're bringing in the lady cop from The Wire in the next few shows.

Best show not on AMC.

Re: Burn Notice

Finally caught up on this show. There have been tons of good show on USA Network - Burn Notice is certainly my first choice.

Re: Burn Notice

No one picked up on this show for last year or so...but tonight is the series finale. Season 6 was slow but Season 7 kept intriguing to me.

Cheers to Micheal Weston, Sam Axe, Fiona and crew

I'm watching some reruns on USA right now. Really dislike this show and the main character

Yeah they did good, I liked the show a lot.

Obviously not on the level of the top tier shows, but a very good "secondary?" show.

Gonna be a great finale.

Re: Burn Notice

Finale was a weak sauce with exception that they killed off one main cast but overall this was a good TV series.
