I didn't even know there was gonna be a new Star Trek movie!! Supposedly the storyline's gonna take place before the original series... which means Kirk, Spock and co. will be played by people OTHER than Shatner and Nimoy... I dunno, sounds interesting but I don't think I can accept anyone else playing Kirk than Shatner...

Well Shatner's out and looks like there's no follow up to the Tom Cruise rumor, but the cast for this movie is just getting better and better. Check out the latest updates from wiki (which is acceptable because they link to the ultimate external source, startrek.com):

cause kirk died in one of the star treks in the 90s. the guy who played Doc died a while ago.
