Yep!

Captain America doesn't murder. If anything Captain America's stance falls right in line with Stark's change. Another option is that Tony was inspired by Captain America as a youth and took it as a hobby to make an updated shield even though Cap has been "dead" for decades.

Depends on how they go with it.

Lol its a weapon that causes destruction though. I know I know, weak arguement. I dont think Capt is dead though from the movie's timeline
