Granted, Aronofsky would have been been better than Snyder, but they could have done a lot worse. Now I am curious as to who will get the part of Superman. Fingers crossed for the rumor of Jon Hamm being true.

The only step down would be Michael Bay. Snyder made the Watchmen nearly unwatchable. 300 was a botched abortion.

Snyder will pull off some nice action scenes, come to think of it, I think he would be great for a Street Fighter movie.

i saw 300 high in theaters and i thought it was the greatest thing ever. then i saw it sober with rifftrax and my opinion did a 180.

Eh, I don't care enough about this movie to really care about who is Superman, anyway.
