That's totally believable. It's a shame the timeline got in the way.

The Battlestar Galactica Prequel That Could Have Been a Full Series

At various points it shows its bloodline as being that of a truly great sci-fi series and hints of the epicness that it held at its core. Certainly towards the end, you are left with a more complex Adama (a very central character in the original, for any Battlestar virgins around here) than you started with. There are glimpses of where the writers were heading for and how the show could have done amazing things with so much more material and scope available, than was available with the original. This is not to mention the immense amount that was being achieved in Blood and Chrome, with its hybrid CGI/physical sets and stunning digital visuals.

I completely agree. The character development was in place for what could have been a great show. Such a triumph, yer such a shame.

The green screen, everybody kind of kept saying before we started, 'Oh, it's going to be so hard,' but I didn't find it to be too much of a challenge. There's little markers that you can pick to have an imaginary spaceship or whatever it is. But after watching some of the dailies, I realized that I wasn't taking in the environment as much as I would if I was actually in some kind of a Cylon facility or whatever. But once you figure that out, I didn't find it too challenging at all.”
