Im still not a huge fan of rivers being up there.. and i think gronk is too high.. but overall its a solid list

In NFL Network's Top 30 and not ours:
8. Adrian Peterson
11. Terrell Suggs
20. Ray Lewis
23. Wes Welker
28. Frank Gore
29. James Harrison

A couple of QBs and a couple of tackles we voted extremely high compared to the NFL Network list. Peyton Manning makes sense, I guess we have more confidence in coming back strong than they did. The others we simply overrated IMO, there's no reason in the world Joe Thomas or Ryan Clady should be in our top 30. On the other end of the spectrum, Adrian Peterson and Terrell Suggs were clearly omitted from our list due to injuries. Nothing else overly different.

You know the amazing thing I just thought of..

No Vince Wilfork. He's arguably as good as Haloti Ngata and the only true stud on the Patriots defense.

Other guys who could be considered:
Brandon Flowers
Trent Cole
Tamba Hali
Jason Witten
Navorro Bowman (how low he was rated in NFL Network list was a crime)
Lance Briggs
Calais Campbell
Brian Arakpo
Matt Forte
LaMarr Woodley

I'll see if I can think of any more.

I'd consider Mario Williams but he's coming off of an injury.

I would have voted for Matt Forte and Mario Williams if I knew for sure they'd be fully recovered from their injuries.

Forte and Urlacher had a chance to sneak into the top 30 I thought, but I can't complain with Peppers' position.

Wish one person had mentioned Wilfork. I would have been hitting him hard maybe even before I started voting for Gronk. I basically just kept referring to the NFL's list, but never had got down to where Vince Wilfork was (a ludicrous 81) to even think of him.
