Why is that good, shouldn't you be worried your team has that competition and may miss out on the playoffs Chan? (I think that's you)

No, because I don't expect Wilson to make waves in the playoffs as a rookie. Better competition makes you better.

The Seahawks have one of the youngest defenses in the league, but they're already a top 5 defense. Something to be optimistic about.

Very impressive that they're doing this after the Seahawks won the division at 7-9 a couple of years ago. Go 49ers!

I still think that title belongs to the NFC East once the top 3 teams get it figured out.

Here's more reasons everyone can suck it:

-5th in passing yards allowed.

-3rd in rushing yards allowed.

-Bruce Irvin, considered a reach by every draft expert, has more sacks (4.5) than all the other pass rushers selected in the first round. Combined.

Defense got us 13 wins last season and minutes away from a possible spot in the Super Bowl until Kyle Williams ****ed things up.

lol jealous of what exactly. My team's defense has been great for over 12 yrs and had the best defense ever in 2000, giving up 165 pts and allowing just 970 yrds rush all yr. 1 yr slipping without their 1-2 best player in Suggs not going to bother me.
