Ugh what a Thursday game. Blaine Gabbert got benched in the 4th quarter with the Jags trailing 24-3, and Chad Henne led them on a TD drive. Henne is still Henne, some throws are perfect, others are WTF are you thinking, but he still looked light years ahead of Gabbert. Granted, the Colts are playing inspired football right now, but Jacksonville looked horrible.

Kahn is going to clean house after the season.

Agreed. It's taking away from Sunday. The NFL has these grand ideas but they're doing more than fine with the same structure they had in say 1994. There's nothing wrong with being America's Sunday pass time...they can't emulate the NBA or even MLB.

I like a thursday game. Going monday to sunday just seems so long. It's only one game anyway so it's not like the sport is being over saturated.

3 late games vs. 2 means something on a Sunday.

And the whole reasoning behind it is bullshit too...trying to get every team on national TV, which means it's going to be bullshit teams too often. **** that Pop Warner "everyone gets a chance" shit....I haven't been really excited to see any of these games.

The Bucs/Chargers game is another great example why being able to run the ball and stopping the run is the biggest myth in sports.
