They may not want to, but they will also be tempted to acquire some value in the draft after giving up all those picks for RGIII. It depends on the type of offer, I think they would consider trading Cousins if another team is willing to take a chance and pay a lot.

The Redskins probably don't go on using him the same way that they have this year. Griffin's too good of a passer to go on letting him get hit as often as is he is now. Short term he's obviously a huge weapon running the ball, but the risks are too great and he's too damned good of a passer. Maybe do that stuff when the playoffs roll around and it's time to go all in, but they should be minimizing his exposure in the running game.

PLEASE name the Talent that would be starting anywhere else in the NFL not named Dustin Keller on that offense. And not counting the Oline. That Offense is worse then the Browns,Bills,Dolphins and the Chiefs. Their WR core wouldnt even be starting on any of them teams. And Shonn Greene is terrible

There are 6-8 did anyone think they would have over 3 wins? No Rex Ryan beside not pulling Sanchez has done a fine job coaching that horrible team...But because he stuck with his QB everyone is calling for him to go. And as a Jets fan that is a ass excuse. Rex has done great even getting that team over 3 wins and i dont care who they played...Tannenbaum is the one that gave Sanchez the huge raise and didnt bring in any talent for him on Offense. Tannenbaum is the person that screwed up the Jets and not Rex Ryan

And none of this is Rex Ryan fault. Its Tannenbaum fault he is by far the worst GM in the NFL and has showed it the last 3 years. I agree. Like I (and croco) said, they overachieved and got as far as you can possibly get with Sanchez as your QB, got complacent and overrated Sanchez because of it. The extension he got before the season was asinine, and the lack of talent they surrounded him with showed they had too much confidence in his abilities. Rex Ryan is absolutely not the problem. Sanchez isn't good enough and the overall offensive talent isn't good enough. That doesn't fall on Rex.

Rex blew this season. He stuck with Sanchez so long that poor play became acceptable. If your QB blows red zone plays repeatedly, you bench him. He turns it over all the time, get the next man up. By having Sanchez' back all the way, Rex is responsible for all those TOs, all those red zone cluster****s and late game throws into double coverage.

Rex lost his credibility in NY with the Sanchez fiasco. If he coaches again it has to be somewhere else.

So your argument hinges completely on your confidence in Tim Tebow? Because Ryan didn't go to Tebow, he blew it and is a terrible coach? Rex could've benched Sanchez a long time ago and it wouldn't have made a difference, they simply don't have the horses on offense. You talk about all the confidence Rex has/had in Sanchez as if he was the one who gave him whatever his ridiculous extension ended up being. You can't just bench that guy week 4 because he sucks when your franchise has made the financial decision that he's your guy, especially when you have more garbage behind him.
