I still dont why people think Jets have a horrible oline. This is another example of why they dont Sanchez ran right into the dudes ass instead of hitting the hole right next to him

Jets have a solid Oline. Sanchez hasnt really been hit all that much it just he sits in the pocket looking for a WR to throw to. And Shonn Greene is too dumb to take the holes the Oline gives him

I don't think Tebow should be a starting QB by any means, but it's a shame that he might not even make it as a backup somewhere now because of how poorly the Jets handled him.

Apperently one team already contacted him about switching to tight end and he refused.. his pride in thinking he is a quarterback could end up costing him a chance to play in this league...no team in the nfl is going to give this guy meaningful snaps behind center ever again

To defend the logic behind that, if he takes a TE position now there's no turning back. Somebody might still look to bring him in as a depth QB, and if he's cut after that than he could create another opportunity for himself by changing positions. If he tries to play TE now and fails he's out of the league before the start of the next season. I mean the guy was JUST released, somebody might ask him to latch on as a 3rd QB.

Yeah...but at the same time converting to tight end could buy him at least two or three more years of NFL paychecks... right now he doesnt have an nfl career and may not ever again if he doesnt warm up to the idea of changing..the guy is a better athlete than QB, and he and his agent seems like the last two people on earth that havent realized it..if he doesnt consider making the change soon he may never get the chance again

Why would other teams care about how the Jets handled Tebow last season? They aren't interested because he isn't good enough, simple as that.

He should make the switch to TE and put his pride aside a bit. He's not a good quarterback. It's as cut and dry as that. Move on and keep yourself in the league while you still can.

That's what all you americans think, but quite frankly Tebow doesn't suite the Canadian game at all. With only 3 downs it's a quarterbacks league with LOT'S of throwing. In case you guys forgot, throwing a football isn't exactly Tim Tebows specialty. If he does sign in the CFL, he probably wouldn't even start right away either. He would have to sit and learn for at least a year or two before anyone would let him on the field.
