They call that a facemask a lot, but if the hand is not inside the facemask it's not. Very close, but a good no-call IMO. If the RB had moved his head a little they'd have probably called it though. That's what they look for it seems.

Considering how Luck always starts games out passing poorly and how easily the Colts are running the ball, I don't see why they don't run it more often.
