Re: Rob Chudzinski to Cleveland
I just saw "Browns have hired Rob Chudzinski" and thought "who?"
That was immediately followed by "Carolina offensive coordinator" and "wha? why?" Anyone know anything about this guy the rest of us are missing?

Re: Rob Chudzinski to Cleveland
When I first read the name, I thought it was Rob Gronkowski.

Re: Rob Chudzinski to Cleveland
He was great last year and I understood the interviews he was getting because of how much he improved our offense. This year it was like he was outsmarting himself and play calling was a big reason for our bad start. He wasn't using our personnel correctly but he turned it around at lot in the 2nd half of the year.
We'll probably be replacing Rivera before the Browns have to even think about Chud's job security but I still don't see this going well. He was in over his head at times as an OC and now he's taking on extra duties. Getting Norv Turner as his coordinator was a good hire though |

Re: Rob Chudzinski to Cleveland
Vs Seattle... 4th and 1, game on the line... play action by Newton...ball thrown at TE's foot.... Panthers lose.
That was terrible. This guy is terrible.

Re: Rob Chudzinski to Cleveland
What the hell does one bad pass have to do with Chudzinski being terrible? Even for you that's baffling logic (that word shouldn't be applied here). That pass should have been completed and we should have won the game. Is Chudzinski still terrible if Newton throws a good ball instead of throwing the worst pass he ever threw?
Jesus, anyone who knew shit could come up with hundreds of perfectly good reasons to criticize Chudzinski and that is all that you have to contribute?

Geez. Aren't you a little sensitive today.
4th and short with Carolina's backfield, you run it. It was a horrible call.
