Reportedly, he sighted "personal reasons" as the excuse.

Yeah, this is whacked, i cant see what personal reasons would drive you all of a sudden not wanting to sign with a team where the Deal is almost done.

Well it is reported that Miami is in the works for a Randy trade, so maybe that call shouldve just came from Daunte!

That's not classless. He obviously wanted to play for the Vikings more than the Jets, what's classless about that? And he must not agreed enough, beause he never signed a contract.

Please re-read what I posted. I said if he agreed to a contract and then backed out, then it's classless. Of course it wouldn't be classless if he hadn't agreed yet, but there is definitely conflicting stories here.
