He was a bust because of it.

What he said.
Currey was a bust in two sports. Thankfully, he was athletic enough to salvage his career in the NFL.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who saw this distinction.

I go to Syracuse so i've seen the guy on newscasts all the time when Christian Brothers Academy plays. Last year that NJ SHootout tourney that Airs on YES, he looked like garbage with AJ Price, now with UCONN i think. He should stick to football. Good stroke, but average athleticism, quickness. Passing is ok for a PG, nothing spectacular.

Judging from those tapes his athleticism and quickness are BELOW average for a college point. I think he should go to a school where he could play both, and where the school has two decent teams unlike Duke. Notre Dame would be a good choice as would Syracuse (remember McNabb played both sports there as well).

1) Ronald Curry was a great two sport athlete at UNC, so they let you do both. Pep too, but Curry played QB and Guard.

LMAO at number one. Are you serious? Curry was a huge disappointment as a quarterback and a TERRIBLE point guard. I honestly believe that he was the worst starting point guard in the entire nation during his stint as starter (i believe in his soph season).

Never saw him played but those videos don't make him look good at all. Those guys looked like they played some casual game on a weak playground.
