The reasons Heat will trade #2 and Sonics will trade #4

My personal thought:

1. Riley is too old to wait until Rose/Beasley to grow up. He wants to win next season. He wants a big man all-star like Boozer, Brand, David West, ......

Heat 3 all-stars: Wade, Marion, Brand

2. Sonics will have a lot of young talents within 3 years. They need a experienced leader to take them to the playoffs. Who do you think will be a good fit?

1. Duh
2. Maybe, but the Sonics will make that pick and keep it. Too young to rush them into a playoff team.

Re: The reasons Heat will trade #2 and Sonics will trade #4

kind of obvious that Pat Riley is looking to trade. Between his age and his apparent dislike with Michael Beasely, it is assumed that he will trade the pick assuming Rose doesn't fall into his lap

Seattle will not trade the pick, in my opinion. I think that Jerryd Bayless would be a tremendous fit on the team and he will be ready to play from Day 1. The Sonics need a PG, and Bayless provides just that, while also contributing great scoring ability, and enough athletic ability to be a solid defender.
