The Spurs really know how to manage their money, and they continually impress me.
I would say either the Clippers or the Celtics have the worst management.

Danny Ainge has made a number of questionable moves, but alotta them still need tyme to play out so please justify why we have the worst management?

Pistons have the rings and would have had cap room before signing Rasheed. Not to mention that they'll find a more than capable replacement for Okur and have Delfino coming over. They are atleast two deep at every position.
You'd be foolish to vote for someone else.
