Create your ideal team
Please no stacked teams
Just a team that does the right things and would mesh well - can have a few superstars like 1 or 2 but no Shaq, KG, TD, Kobe, JKIdd etc etc
Heres mine
C - Samuel Dalembert - Long athletic rebounder who is quick, tall, good at blocking shots and has much potential
PF - Carlos Boozer - Isnt a major scoring threat - but can. One of the best rebounders in the game
SF - Bruce Bowen - Will shut down the opposing teams Kobes and Tmac
SG - Tracy McGrady - Can score, pass, rebound
PG - TJ Ford - A good pass first point guard who can score if needed
Bench:
Eric Snow
Josh Howard
Avery Johnson
Kevin Willis - veteran help
Matt Harpring

My Team would be like this.........
C-Samuel Dalembert
PF-Amare Stoudemire
SF-Corey Maggette
SG-Dwayne Wade
PG-Marquis Daniels
Bench
Jameer Nelson
Willie Green
Chris Wilcox
Jon Bender
Juan Dixon
Mark Blount
It would be all young players, its a very good nucleous of players who can play defense and score with no all stars (although Wade and Amare will be all stars this next year)

Why no Shaq, KG, TD, Kobe, Kidd, but yes for TMac?
It should be you can only build around 1 superstar and have only another all-star as the supporting star.

Brent Barry, Rafer Alston
Dwyane Wade, Voshon Leonard
Andrei Kirilinko, Bruce Bowen
Rasheed Wallace, Udonis Haslem
Dalembert, Kelvin Cato
only 1 all star. No superstars
Barry is pg on offense. Wade is sg on offense. Switch postions on defense. Wade drives, Barry shoots and distributes. The perfect backcourt
Frontcourt is all defense. AK, Sheed, and Dalembert are an intimidating force. Sheed and AK are also pretty good offensively and Dalembert is improving that part of his game
Defense off the bench in Bowen. Rebounding in Cato and Haslem. Shooting and scoring in Alston and Leonard.
This team is like the Pistons of last year. Barry is the sharpshooter(RIP). Wade is the scoring guard (Billups). AK is the defensive sf, but better in all aspects of his game than Prince. Sheed is Sheed. Dalembert is becoming like BW in defense, rebounding, and blocks. Look at stats from their first 3 years if u dont beleive me. Than theres the decent bench.
But the difference is this team would be better.
and i didnt use Shaq, Duncan, Kobe, Tmac, or KG.

Wade accomplished this in two consecutive series in the 2005 playoffs.

The last record was held by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar with 63%. Wade accomplished it with less than 20 field goal attempts per game
4. Fifth player in NBA history with at least 30 points, 15 assists and 5 rebounds in a playoff game (5/10/05 vs. WAS). The others are Magic Johnson, Jerry West, Walt Frazier and Oscar Robertson.

Greatest of all time:

EDIT: I listed these players to make the point that superstars can be just like those "mesh" players you speak of.

No superstars? The "ideal team" almost has to have a superstar.
