Would you stop saying that, because he didn't have the most votes, Josh Howard did. And TJ Ford had the 2nd most, Haslem had the 3rd most.

i think they call that 'selective ignorance'.

C - Ervin Johnson
PF - Reggie Evans
SF - Stacey Augmon
SG - Dion Glover
PG - Jason Hart

All those players started at least a handful of games last year. That team couldn't get 50 opints between them on ANY night.

Thread Topic: worse starters in each position 04-05

Evans won't start, Collison will, Augmon won't start, he'll be lucky to make the active roster on the Magic. Hill, Turkoglu and Garrity are ahead of him just out of small forwards. Dion Glover won't start, is he even on a team?

if Dwight gets 2nd team all rookie, I'd be surprised, and he exceeds expectations year 1.

Reggie Miller once had as season where he averaged 50 10 and 10, where he capped off the season by going for 100 while being double my Jordan and Pippen.

Or in other words, lets just stick to posting real stats, and not fabricated fantasy ones.

I don't know how good this year's rookie class will be but Howard will have every opportunity to come in and make the first team. By most accounts Howard will be a rebounding and shot-blocking presence from day one. I think a realistic prognostication of his stats would be 10 ppg, 8 rpg, 2 bpg which would make him better than Haslem.

I wouldn't even pay attention to a person who thinks the #1 pick making the freakin' 2nd team would be better than expected.

Tony Delk is the new worst starting point guard. He is a good scorer, but he should never be a starting PG in the NBA. I don't understand how so many teams have set themselves up to let him start. I think Jason Hart will be a better PG than Delk.

No way Delk is worse than Hart, or Lue either as long as he's starting.
