Yao -for as tall as he is, he has a very nice shot from range and often uses this to his advantage.
Dirk -can pull up for 2 or 3, very versatile and is a big threat when he goes out of the key.
KG -just has a great all around game, KG drives, shots, and dunks his way to fame. KG can easily beat his defender with a good jumper from range.
KG can hit the 20 foot jumper, or the occasional 3 pointer, but just because he CAN hit it doesn't mean hes a good outside shooter. I'd say he is ok at best. Duncan I find is a bit better than KG from mid range, he can hit an outside shot with consistancy, but he almost never takes the 3 ball, so you can't really judge him there. Yao is pretty good as well from outside. From midrange, he is almost automatic, and his height allows him to shoot over a lot of ppl. But Dirk is the best outside shooting big. While guys like KG, Duncan and Yao can shoot ok from outside, Dirk is a better outside shooter than most guards are. His game 15-20 feet is probably the best in the NBA because of his ability to shoot over people in traffic, and his 3 point stroke is automatic if he's left open, or if you put a smaller defender on him.
He said perimeter game, and I interpret that as someone who is comfortable playing at the perimeter, and can consistently hit from three point range. I gotta go with Radmanovic.

"He's 7-6, turning and fading. You want a guy to turn out, unfortunately he was hitting the shot," Brown said. "What could I do? I had a hand up. I was, '(Man), another one.' Now I know what it's like when guys play against Kobe (Bryant)."--- Kwame Brown on Yao's 16-25 shooting performance
1. Nowitzki
2. Wang ZhiZhi - .380 career 3pt % at 7 foot 1. He's downright terrible at everything else, but he can score from the outside to the career tune of 23.1 points per 48 minutes.

Jonathan Bender.
Bender has a pretty good outside game, he can hit the three ball out of nowhere.

"If you've ever seen Iverson play in person, you know that his improvisational skills are amazing. Baron Davis calls him unguardable. He's a killer on the fast break. One on one, even one on two, when the guy they call the Answer is on a one-way trip to the basket, you better just foul him. People can hate all day about the number of shot attempts. But, damn, give him props for even getting them up. He's small enough to have every shot contested. That 39% shooting sounds terrible to the regular reader, but have you seen these NBA players lately?"
