Kobe would get my vote, I feel he's just a little bit better than T-Mac. I think in terms of scoring they are equal, but Kobe is the slightly better passer and defender. The real seperation though is that I view Kobe as more clutch and tenacious. I truly don't think had Kobe been on Orlando instead of T-Mac last year that 'the losing streak' would've happened.
As far as I know I'm not insane, but of course that has nothing to do with what we're talking about. Yes, I do feel LeBron James is better than Kobe and T-Mac, but that has less to do with how great LeBron is, and more to do with what I feel about T-Mac and Kobe. I feel that when they reach their peak they'll be comparable to Drexler, which is hall of famer, but not as the successors of jordan they are so frequently thought as. I think LeBron has already surpassed them in basketball iq, court vision, and athleticism. They only have him in experience, which I don't feel makes much difference with LeBron.
T-Mac is the best guard in the league, Period. People who overate the Rapist think he's the closest to MJ, but T-Mac in IMO is the closest. He's wirtually unstoppable on Offense, Kobe can be stopped very easily.
Top ten Shooting Guards:
1.T-Mac
2. Iverson
3. Pierce
4. Carter
5. Allen
6. James
7. Redd
8. Finley
9. Hamilton
10. Houston

A good rule of thumb is that if you don't want to come off as biased, it's best not to refer to players as "the rapist".

You can't possibly be a real person. No person could have this much hate in them.

Vince average 27, 5, 5 after the allstar break too shooting over 45 from the field and over 40 from 3point land, how come he isnt being mentioned in this debate
Do you realize how many times you've tried to use those blatantly incorrect stats? Those were not Vince Carter's stats after the all-star break. For the last freakin time, he averaged 25.2 ppg on 42.6% shooting from the floor, and 38.7% from behind the arc after the All-Star break. You have said those same exact numbers so many times on this site, and each time I tell you that those aren't right yet you won't admit it for some reason. Look for yourself.
first team all nba'ers dont lose their first 19 games, so no
It'd be better to get your facts straight before making comments like that. The Magic won their very first game of the season against the Knicks, so I don't know how exactly they lost their first 19.

personally ill just leave the kobe, tmac debate and call it even.
ill make a case for iverson, im very surprised more people havnt argued for him in this thread.
now im not a massive iverson fan or anything, and he may not be the best sg in the league, but there are a few things that come to mind.
he does have the scoring titles
he has lead a very ordinary team almost constantly into the playoffs, even leading the 76rs into the NBA finals.. with a very pretty average team
