the league has been trying to give their "new MJ" the MVP the last two years but it was impossible given the seasons KG and TD have had. now i think his career takes a downturn and he becomes a selfish, unloved scorer on a bad team. if the lakers do good next season (which they wont) and he leads the league in scoring (which he very well might) he will win the MVP and he will be like "haha i don't need some big ugly oaf to win". but i highly doubt that; anyway he will have trouble getting out of eagle county colorado. t-mac is the pick.

Kobe has the best chance out of all those people. If the Lakers end up with a good record, make hte playoffs as a decent seed (as in not fighting for an 8th spot) I think he should deserve the MVP.

How could he have the best chance when neither of those things are likely to happen?
