Bradley averaged 15 PPG one year? Wow.
The second best player taken was Penny. Tall athletic guard who could defend, pass, and score efficiently.
But I said taken. The best career since then might belong to Cassell. While 19.6-9 at .466 might not be better than Penny's prime, it's really good for a PG and he's always been a great FT shooter.
Penny went to the Finals as a feature player with Shaq. Sam won two rings as a specialist and has gone to two more CFs, one with a big man in a tough conference and one on a team with no PF, C, or defense. But those are teams, so dismiss that if you want.
I'd just barely take Penny because of size and athleticism. He wasn't going to get that much better, though. He'd be in the Carter or Pierce level below T-Mac and Kobe. Certainly not as good as MJ or even Drexler.
