Are we talking style, like Ginobili is Jordan and Croshere is Bird, or is this a prediction of future skill level, like Jameer Nelson is the next Mateen Cleaves?

I don't really like doing these much, but the one I'd say is most accurate is Emeka Okafor=Alonzo Mourning.

i liken dwight howard to sophmore michigan forward Chris Webber. same great passing skills, nice baby post moves, a developing midrange game, and superb athleticism.
