I don't think either team would do it.
Spurs definitely wouldn't. Bulls might, but that leaves a big hole at center.

It's pointless to worry about team needs when you're discussing a player who is much better than anyone else on your team. I'm not even a big Manu Ginobili fan, the Bulls are just that bad.

Curry is the most one dimensional player on the planet. He has a beautiful game around the hoop, but he doesn't know how to pass out of double teams, rebound, play defense, or play the game as intense as a team needs to in order to win. Curry would be a good 6th man, Ginobili has already proven he can be the 2nd or 3rd best player on a title team, only behind the MVP of the league.
Manu Ginobili would be the best player on most teams in the eastern conference.

Seriously, if you were to rate every aspect of Eddy Curry's game on a scale from 1-10, he'd rate fairly high in scoring, and he'd have a 1 or maybe a 2 on some categories for everything else. Rebounding, passing, defense, attitude, intangibles. He gets a 1 in all of those. He's not a good player right now, period.

When will Chicago fans get it. Your players only look like crap because your organization has turned into a bunch a crap the resembles the Clippers and Warriors. Every freaking player you get either doesn't develop, won't develop, or will actually get worse. It is the entire atmosphere and it is hard to remove. The organization needs to be nuked and just rid itself of almost every player on that roster except maybe Deng, Gordon and the new Euro guy. Every other player is tainted. You are going to lose with Curry, no matter what. If you keep him and extend him, he will underachieve. If you trade him to another decent organization, he will turn into a All Star. Bite the bullet, cut the cord, endure the pain.
