And still funnier can be a "future NBA" Italy VS Spain
Think about Bargnani, Gigli, Belinelli, Mancinelli, DaTome VS Marc Gasol, Rudy Fernandez etc

Actually I think that it would be a very good game, but with the International rules Spain wins, nobody can stop Gasol with the wide lane and respect from refs, but with NBA rules a young Kukoc wins out for Italy.
