If you want to compare Hill from the 90's versus T-Mac from the past 5 years...I would probably take Hill, but as of now, I would take McGrady

I don't even think McGrady has reached his prime yet

You should do a LeBron vs Hill. That is a much better comparison considering they play alike

Statistically they've both posted very good number so far this season. Grant Hill is a smarter player. But the one thing that makes my decision is the fact that you just don't know if Hill will be able to make it through the entire season. Tmac has his own injury concerns, but there not nearly as severe as Grant's have been the past 3 or 4 years. It's just too much of a risk to take Hill over Tmac.

In their primes, I would take Hill without having to think. But as well as Hill is playing now, I don't ever think we'll see him in his prime again.

Since McGrady hasn't reached his prime.....this is a hard one to answer...I would take Hill in the Late 90's over mcgrady the couple of years

but talk to me when Mcgrady turns 28

I know plenty of old timers and HOFer's that claimed defense in the late 90's and early 2000's weren't as good as the 80's. Wilt once said he'd average 70 ppg in the modern-day NBA because defenses were so much worse. Pippen once said KG was a stats guy who disappears down the stretch of games. Bill Walton once said Rasho was a better interior defender than Tim Duncan because Tim Duncan was on the bench at the time. Barkley once said Argentina was located north of the Indian ocean.

Hill in his prime.

And as of right now....

If I knew 100% that hill would be healthy and Hill knew 100% that he would be healthy and not get hurt if he went up for dunks and was agressive...I'd take Hill...but if there was uncertainty like there is right now..i'd def take McGrady..

McGrady is amazing if he has a good coach..i thought he'd beocme better w/ vg but vg seems to have him on a leesh..lol
