Cavs for sale.
According to ESPN radio, Gordon Gund is looking to sell the Cavaliers, and Michigan business man Dan Gilbert is close to buying them for $375 million.

Kinda OT... But I would hate to be rich, own a basketball team, and be blind...

Smart move by Gund actually. The Cavs value likely has shot up with 'Bron so so what better time then now to sell. Also, Cleveland will be demanding the team to spend money to keep Lebron happy

They have a lease in the downtown arena till something like 2025 so it would be very difficult to move the Cavs. With Lebron, moving the Cavs would be public relations disaster like the Browns move was for the NFL. After the Charlotte fiasco, I doubt the NBA would even approve of the sale if there were any consideration for moving the team

Smart moves. James is at his peak already. The owners knows the only way james will improve dramatically is his physically ability also increase.
Fans say how nice Lebron passing skills are, but "looking to pass" does mean inability to score at will.
Sigh, sell the team now. James is peak.
