Nets are top 5 defensive teams in both opp. field goal and points allow.

rockets play good team defense. they have for the last 3 or so seasons, and that was only augmented with the addition of Van Gundy.

The rockets are also working on a 1-3-1 zone defense, something that van gundy has refused to use since zones have been allowed in the NBA. mixing some zone with their man defenses will just make their defense better.

im not familiar with the nets defense, but hey, they got the stats to back it up.
