I like Rafer a lot.

Miller is better, mostly because he is a much better defender, and is calm under pressure.

Rafer is a great ball handler and passer. And a much better 3 point shooter than Miller.

But his defence sucks, and a PG must be able to maintain their composure at all times, and Rafer sucks at that, too.

I would not want him as my starter, but as a 20mpg energy guy, I think he could be great.

Miller is a horrible defender, any Nuggets fan or Clippers fan can attest to this. Alston is definitely a better defender and definitely quicker overall (though by no means all that impressive individually).

I've seen neither player really be all that impressive in crunch time, then again Miller is more proven in crunch time and didn't lose his composure so I'd take Dre regardless.
