Wade- The NBA's fake superstar
Since when has a player done so little and been propped up so much?
He is an simply an above average player, and a product of the NBA's marketing machine.

Re: Wade- The NBA's fake superstar
You mean defeating the Nets in a sweep, w/o a healthy Shaq and with little help from his teammates? Or averaging HOF numbers in the 04-05 playoffs? He really hasn't done that much...

Re: Wade- The NBA's fake superstar
So I'm guessing your ideal list of superstars include Vince Carter then and not Wade?

Re: Wade- The NBA's fake superstar
so what your saying is that LBJ is a fake superstar? carmelo also fake? these guys hadnt even played 1 game in the NBA and were getting the same amount of hype and endorsments wade is getting now. it Wades time to shine, let it be. this happens alot, the media hyping things up. you really think hes just an above average player, which i disagree with. Wade has accomplished many things in his young career, and at times does better in a game without shaq. dont take away his accomplishments just cuz the media is making him sound like the next MJ. geez, cant believe u let stuff liike this get to you.

I don't know about that. What I do know is that superstar traits include not giving up on their team.

Lebron is the real deal, So is Kobe, Carmelo is not. 90% of NBA fans are so brainwashed by the media that they cant see things for what they are.
