Flavors of the month
Now that the NBA season is underway, I believe it is time to start another flavors of the month thread. This is the chance for the fans to post either their sudden realizations, a player finally proving them right and so on.
I'll start:
The ROY award will go to either Calderon or Singleton
Okur for MVP
Kobe when paired with Phil is the GOAT
RJ is amazing
Bogut isn't a bust

Re: Flavors of the month
Ron Artest Can Still Play!
Nash is still playing like an MVP w/o Amare.
Yao will be All-NBA 1st Team at C.
Hughes is not as big a factor as proclaimed.

Re: Flavors of the month
Larry Hughes is an amazing player. He will make Lebron the best player in the league. Takes so much pressure off of Lebron. His ballhandling and decision making make a mockery of the Cavs two "real" point guards, Snow and Jones.
Donyell Marshall can flat out ball, and if Drew Gooden works on his game enough, he can one day be as good as Donyell Marshall.
TJ Ford is an early season MVP candidate.
Tony Parker is the Spurs new Manu Ginobilli. He's been destroying teams early on in the season. He is on pace for a trip to the all-star game this year, if he keeps it up.
Larry Brown has a lot of work to do still. But people writing his team off so early are making a big mistake.
TJ Ford is a nasty nasty basketball player. Right now he's the best point guard in the league. The only person who makes Iverson look slow. A young Jason Kidd...but faster.
Michael Redd playing next to TJ Ford is almost worth the contract the Bucks paid him.
The Milwaukee Bucks are the most exciting team in basketball right now.

Re: Flavors of the month
Bucks are a legitimate contender for the playoffs.
Nash is puting up better numbers then last year without Amare, Q, and JJ. (I know, its the first week)
T.J. Ford is amazing. Hes smaller, and lighter then the man everyone one calls tough (A.I.)
And he puts up sweet numbers for being so small.
Yao Ming is starting to earn his first pick selection.
And the Suns can still score 110+ without Q, JJ, and Amare.
