We all have a right to choose whom we will, which means without being called a "hater" because our opinion is different than yours.
Is disrespecting a better way of putting it? all I am saying is I want reasons why people would say stockton over isiah? What has stockton ever done that was better than isiah?

Jerry West played in the days when gaurds were guards... and forwards were forwards.

they just didn't have the specification of shooting(or scoring) guard and point guard.

to put matters simply, Jerry West could flat out BALL. his shooting stroke is damn near legendary. easily one of the top three shooters the NBA has ever seen.

but, you really can't detract from his ability to handle the ball and dish it. if West was playing today, his height (6'2") would dictate that he play the point, and he probably could have full time... but damn the guy could shoot a basketball... he could shoot it so good. for that, i think it'd be a crying shame not to call him a shooting guard.
