Chris Paul Will Win 2005-2006 NBA Rookie Of The Year Award?
yes chris paul will win rookie of the year this season. he's unstoppable out their on the basketball court. he makes other players on his team better too. chris paul has a great knowledge to the game of basketball. he knows when to score and when to pass the ball. he's a future all-star in the nba. chris paul has my vote for rookie of the year. their isn't a close second nba rookie player close to chris paul rookie of the year award. chris paul has all the good stats going for him.

as of right now, his only real competition is deron williams and Charlie Villanueva. The way hes playing out there right now is amazing, hes almost had a couple triple dip games already, and is an amazing rebounder considering his size. I will sat that this is his award to lose, but there are definately some other rooks out there that could end up being more productive by the end of the year.

I think it's his to lose... Only 12 games in the NBA and it already seems that he is a triple double threat every single night. And what's more importantly than his great stats is the fact that the Hornets are winning, i mean who thought that NO would be 6-6 right now. At 20, he is already a respected leader among his teammates because he is a great decision maker with the ball.
That being said, some other rookies could make a claim at ROY. Villanueva is doing some very good things in Toronto, Deron Williams is now starting for Utah and playing like a veteran. My dark horse is Frye, i'm very impressed with him lately, never thought he would be that good that fast. If he gets starter PT, i could see him being the ROY.

There's no way that he won't win it if he keeps the numbers up to the level he has been at so far. He has the greatest impact on his team out of all the rookies in this year's class, and his stats are basically superior than any other rookie. So if he keeps it up, ROY is as sure thing for Chris.

I'm a huge Charlie Villanueva fan, but after watching Paul do his things against the Sonics last night, this guy is playing way above the level of any other rookie....Chirs Paul will win.
