But the name "Letroy" already implies black skin, so there was no need to specify that. That's why you chose that name, right?
People hate Ginobili because he plays like a *****. A winning *****, but a ***** nonetheless. I've never complained about his flopping, because I don't really care, but that doesn't make him any less of a ***** for doing it. I don't hate him for it, but it is why he gets the hate he gets, and it's understandable.
Steve Nash is, as far as I know, a white guy and one of the most popular players in the league. How do you explain this phenomenon? Or did you mean that there's an anti-foreign sentiment? Yao and Dirk are pretty popular.

Re: Manu: The Trickster
Ginobili is one of many players that get away with extra steps, carries and double-dribbles all the time.
What annoys me is that he adds flopping to it, meaning that he obviously attempts to bend the rules when he can. Other guys do that stuff more by accident.

Re: Manu: The Trickster
I see lots of Manu hating here but I would not doubt that if Manu were on any of your teams you would love him for whatever he does.

I would, but only because I don't hate him for his flopping (or hate him at all). If it serves to help the team, then why would I care? I used to love Derek Fisher's wonderfully timely flopping.
If I did hate Ginobili for his flopping, though, and he joined the Lakers, I wouldn't respect his style but I would still cheer him on.

Speaking of Derek Fisher, I haven't watched much of him since going to Golden State. Does he still do that flopping?

Great? No, great is Larry Bird / MJ / Magic material
Good? No, that's Kevin Garnett / Tim Duncan / Shaq etc. material
More like, good role player.

So outside of the top 15 players of all-time so (like Duncan, Shaq, Garnett), the NBA is littered with players who aren't even "good" players?
You'd have a hard time convincing me that Dwyane Wade, Ray Allen and other great basketball players aren't even "good" according to your standards. Lower those standards a bit.

i like Nazr coz he is a high energy bigman
i like Duncan coz his game is so solid
i like Bowen coz he plays stifling defense
i like parker coz he makes it look as tho he has criples checking him
i dont like his style of play, and he is the most over hyped (after his career has been established)player in nba history to average 15-4-3. i mean tayshaun prince is the 4th to sometimes 6th leading scorer on a better team, he averages 15-5-2, had the defining moment of the pistons championship run with the block from behind on reggie, but gets no where near as much mention. lets all sit in amazement as we watch the flopster prance around the court.
