I dont think you can mention DWade or Lebron in the same MVP breath as Kobe right now. Kobe's on a historic run...his defense is better than DWade's and without him his team is probably at the very bottom of the league. Lebron is really good but he isnt a good defender and he has been remarkably bad late in close games. Too many late passes and late misses for a player of his caliber. He really needs to get that killer instinct. Dwyane is a great player but he still needs to work on his man-man defense a bit more. Too often he relaxes a bit on the defensive end. In terms of steals and blocks though he is awesome. He isnt ready to be MVP yet. The team still has shaq and isn't great enough to push him into serious MVP consideration.

*Post that garbage elsewhere, thanks*
So anyway, how abt TD getting p*ssed off after Murphy schools him? . I hope he stays p*ssed. I'll never forget how he once schooled the MJ-led Wizards real bad after they did something to tick him off.

Re: NBA Thursday TNT - Cavaliers at Heat & Spurs at Warriors
He's played great, but even as a Heat fan, I wouldn't give him the MVP over Kobe or Nash. I'd say Kobe-Nash-Wade-LeBron-Chauncey-Dirk-Brand, in that order is my list of candidates.
As for the game, the Heat intimidate the Cavs. We're more experienced, more physical, and a better team. Posey and Payton did a great job on LeBron, I'll let LeBron shoot mid-deep jumpers all night if he's not in the lane. Wade came up with big plays on both ends, Shaq was dominant and Zo locked down the paint. I could go on and on with the props, the Heat just played a great overall game tonight...I hope the Pistons and Heat stay healthy here on out, it's gonna be one hell of a war again in May.

I didn't say I think or believe D. Wade should win it. Season is still too early to decide that. I'm just validating that he should be within the mvp talk. And I have to show love to a fellow Chi-town brother.

Better than his MVP season from 2001. Dude is dropping 34 ppg, 8 apg, 4 rpg, 2 spg and is shooting 45% from the field. Based just on numbers...that impresses me more than Bron's numbers.

Why does 34/8/4 on 45 percent shooting impress you more than 31/7/7 on 49 percent shooting? Am I missing something?

Because scoring 3 more points being 6'0" and only shooting 4% less (A.I. generally has a tougher degree of difficulty in his shots than Brons) is more difficult than being 6'8 and grabbing 3 more rebounds than the same said 6 footer who plays PG. Not to mention taking into account other factors that make Ivo's accomplishment more amazing (to me) is that how battered his body is, and how much abuse he has taken over the years...and yet all the analysts said he should have slowed down 2 years ago, and he is playing better this year than he has in ANY other year of his 10 year brillaint career. The man is actually 5'11" and simply dominates NBA games. Than in itself is an amazing feat, let alone the even greater numbers he is putting up this year compared to 2001 when he won MVP. His numbers taking into account his size, age, and battered body are more impressive to me than a physical prime, ultra athletic, 6'8" monster who averages 3 more boards per game than said little man.

Forgot about that as well, lol. And while we're at it... he's been to the playoffs MULTIPLE times.
