Bosh, Paul Named NBA Players of the Week
NEW YORK, Feb. 6, 2006 – The Toronto Raptors’ Chris Bosh and the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets’ Chris Paul today were named the Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Monday, Jan. 30 through Sunday, Feb. 5.
Paul is the first rookie to receive the Player of the Week award since Miami’s Dwyane Wade was honored with the award during the 2003-04 season.
Re: Chris Bosh and Chris Paul named Players of the Week
someone plz explain to me why they chose chris paul over brand, who averaged 32 ppg, 8 reb, and led clips to a 3-1 week. clips getting shafted by the media again. EB better not be snubbed from the all star game...
Re: Chris Bosh and Chris Paul named Players of the Week
??? it's not like 32/8 for 3-1 is head and shoulders better than 20/4.7/11.7 w/ 2.33 steals on 62.5% shooting for a 3-0 record. I think Paul earned this one.
Re: Chris Bosh and Chris Paul named Players of the Week
Bosh averaged
30 points on 54% shooting
12 rebounds
4 assists
In the 3 games.
If he doesnt make the all star game... somethings wrong.
Hes also leading In MIP voting.
Paul and Bosh would make an unstoppable combo, one of the teams should actually try for that trade.
I would trade James, Villanueva and a First Round Pick for Paul.
